Product Satisfaction & Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the HC5 training putter, CenterPutt will refund your purchase as follows:

  1. Email us at: customerservice@centerputt.com and include the following information: Your name, address and phone number; and the reason for your return.
  2. You will receive an email from us confirming the return.
  3. You will be responsible for any shipping costs to return the item(s) to us.
  4. Damaged training putters cannot be returned unless damaged during shipment. If your training putter was damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately upon delivery.
  5. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 days of receipt and inspection of the items.
