Product Satisfaction & Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the HC5 training putter, CenterPutt will refund your purchase as follows:
- Email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following information: Your name, address and phone number; and the reason for your return.
- You will receive an email from us confirming the return.
- You will be responsible for any shipping costs to return the item(s) to us.
- Damaged training putters cannot be returned unless damaged during shipment. If your training putter was damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately upon delivery.
- Refunds will be issued within 5-7 days of receipt and inspection of the items.
